SUMMARY:Rental Restrictions: A Dual Case Study
DESCRIPTION:Rental properties owned by investment companies are on the rise in community associations. Across the country\, communities are creating new rental property restrictions. \nWe examine the trend and its impact on the community association housing model. \nDuring this new 1-hour webinar\, our panel of experts examine two case studies and explore: \n\nWhether investment properties are beneficial or detrimental to the community-at-large.\nHow to amend governing documents to restrict rentals when they negatively impact the community.\nWhat political action may be called for if the local government moves to restrict an association’s ability to regulate its own community.\n\n  \nPanelists: \nKristan Ward currently serves as the Vice President of Sentry-Nashville where she oversees operations for the Tennessee team.
