Bradley frequently acts as a chairperson for condominium meetings and provides advice and written opinions to condominium board of directors. Bradley also provides mediation and arbitration services and is a mediator member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. Bradley’s mediation and arbitration practice focuses on condominium disputes\, landlord and tenant\, commerical leasing\, human rights\, and workplace and employement matters. Bradley was elected to the CAI Canada Board of Directors in 2024. \nOur Speaker \n \nSandy Vizely is the Director of Regulatory Operations and Deputy Registrar for the CMRAO\, and oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations\, which includes managing the licensing\, compliance\, and education teams. Previously\, he served as the CMRAO’s policy and programs lead\, responsible for the implementation of the CMRAO’s licensing program.
