For nine years now, the Condominium Authority of Ontario has helped address conflicts that emerge in condominium settings. The Condominium Authority Tribunal has released over 1000 decisions and evolving, with new rules and a new platform launching this October and expanded jurisdiction coming July 1, 2027.
