Additionally, Kristan currently serves as a delegate on the Tennessee legislative action committee through Community Associations Institute (CAI). Scott Weiss is an attorney at Ortale Kelley since 2018 and practices in the areas of homeowner association & condominium law, community association law, collections, real estate, and landlord tenant law. He is a lecturer and nationally published author on topics related to community association law and real property law. He served as an expert trial witness in community association law; testimony at Tennessee Legislature as an expert in community association law. He is also a fellow in CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL).
