In efforts to control spending and reduce overhead, board members and managers are constantly faced with the financial pressures of keeping costs low. However, could some of these cost saving measures, in fact, be burdening condominiums in the long term? Our panel of experts, including a condo manager, auditor, lawyer, and engineer, will discuss recent examples where they have been involved, in what should be a lively discussion on all matters money.
