Condos Inside Out: A Building Tour for Condo Managers

Spend a day with building specialists from Signature Electric, Naylor, Delta Elevators, EPI Fire Safety and Belanger Engineering in developing an understanding of the physical building idiosyncrasies. From the mechanical penthouse to membranes, join us for a tour of a geothermal building in Richmond Hill. Space is limited. Preference will be given to CAI Student and Junior Manager Members. Cost to attend is free to CAI members and is $35 for non-CAI members.  Lunch will be provided.
