CAI National Webinar – Burnout Battle: Supporting Community Managers’ Mental Health

May 22 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Burnout Battle: Supporting Community Managers’ Mental Health

Wednesday, May 28, 2 p.m. ET

Community managers play a crucial role in the stability and success of the associations they serve. Often, managers juggle a long list of responsibilities, work night and weekend hours, and face high expectations from residents, boards, and business partners. The demanding nature of the job can lead to burnout, stress, and mental health challenges that impact both personal well-being and professional performance.

Our panel of experts will discuss:

  • The signs of burnout and chronic stress
  • Practical strategies for maintaining mental wellness
  • Effective time management and boundary-setting techniques
  • Resources and support systems available for community managers

Presenters

Debra Warren, CMCA, PCAM, is vice president of learning and development for Associa. She is based in San Rafael, Calif., and is a CAI faculty member.
