Community managers play a crucial role in the stability and success of the associations they serve. Often, managers juggle a long list of responsibilities, work night and weekend hours, and face high expectations from residents, boards, and business partners. The demanding nature of the job can lead to burnout, stress, and mental health challenges that impact both personal well-being and professional performance.
