Developing a Pipeline of Volunteer Leaders​

Recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers to serve in your community can be challenging. Board members and managers often have their time filled with operational tasks such as budgeting, maintenance, meetings, projects, and community events.  Recruiting volunteers to lead in the future may be a lower priority.

What does it look like to make recruitment a higher priority?  How will your community association benefit from having a pipeline of future leaders?
